Range FAQ

Q: Will you take reservations for lane time?

A: At this time, we will not accept reservations.

 

Q: Will rifles be permitted in the range?

A: Yes, most non-magnum centerfire calibers will be permitted.

 

Q: Why is lane time limited to one hour increments?

A: We want to ensure that any shooters do not incur long wait periods to use the range. Should you desire to shoot longer than an hour, you can be added back into the line.

 

Q: Is membership required?

A: While we will offer memberships, they are not required to use the indoor shooting range. Range time can be rented with a daily fee.

 

Q: Will I be able to test shoot a firearm before I decide to purchase?

A: We will have as many as 100 of the most popular models of firearms available for rental and test shooting.

 

Q: Will shotguns be permitted?

A: Yes, shotguns will be permitted. Only slugs will be permitted.

 

Q: What is the maximum number of people permitted in a stall?

A: There is a maximum of two people permitted in a single stall.

 

Q: What is the minimum age to use the range?

A: Subject to the approval and discretion of the Range Safety Officer and the direct supervision of a parent/guardian and their completion of the range waiver, anyone between the ages of 10 – 17 can utilize the range.  Those 18 years and older may qualify to use the range and rent firearms on their own.

Q: What ammunition is permitted?

A: BRASS ONLY. No steel or aluminum casings are permitted. No armor piercing, penetrating, tracer incendiary or explosive ammunition is permitted. Single projectile only. No buckshot or birdshot.

Q: What are the hours of the range?

A: The range is open Monday – Saturday 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. & Sunday 12:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. All shooting ends promptly at closing time regardless of start time (Monday – Saturday, 8:00 p.m. & Sunday, 6:00 p.m.)
