  1. 💰 The $200 Tax Stamp is still required through January 1, 2026
  2. 📝 You’ll still need to file a Form 4 to get your suppressor approved
  3. 🕒 Approval times are about to skyrocket – with major budget cuts to the ATF and NFA, wait times could jump from days to months or even years
  4. 🚨 Manufacturers will fall behind trying to meet demand – expect price hikes and inventory shortages

What does this mean for you?

➡️ Or, layaway your suppressor today, get your fingerprints and photo handled now, and wait to file your Form 4 after 1/1/26… just be prepared for a much longer wait

Always one of their most popular Varmint models, the Pro Varmint has a heavy 16.5″ barrel threaded 1/2×28 for use with a suppressor or other muzzle device. Riding in a black-painted laminate stock, it incorporates features found on much more expensive stocks without pushing the price of the rifle through the roof. The short barrel gives plenty of time for the cartridge to get a full burn while increasing the rigidity of the barrel, resulting in a rifle that drives tacks.

In addition to the reduction in weight, the stainless steel tensioned barrel is more rigid, reducing vibration, and is threaded 1/2″X28 for the addition of muzzle devices.

The Ruger Mark IV Rimfire Pistols have a simple, one-button takedown for quick and easy field stripping. A recessed button in the back of the frame allows the upper receiver to tilt up and off of the grip frame without the use of tools. The bolt simply slides out of the receiver and the barrel can be properly cleaned from chamber to muzzle. The MKIV includes other significant improvements such as a one-piece grip frame that is precision CNC-machined from a solid piece of aluminum alloy, an ambidextrous manual safety and a redesigned bolt stop for more ergonomic operation. The magazine drops free on release for faster reloads and a redesigned magazine disconnect safety prevents discharge when the magazine has been removed. Internal improvements include changes to the hammer, sear, bolt and firing pin for smoother, more reliable feeding. Specific features vary by model, but the legendary, one-piece barreled receiver and internal cylindrical bolt construction remain the same. The robust design ensures permanent sight-to-barrel alignment and higher accuracy potential than conventional moving-slide designs.
